This program supports individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions who struggle to find or keep competitive jobs. It aids participants in locating employment opportunities that align with their preferences within the community. Staff members deliver job coaching and assistance either on-site or off-site, ensuring that once employed, individuals can grasp their job responsibilities, adapt to the workplace, and foster positive relationships with their supervisors and colleagues. When both the employee and employer agree that the job situation is stable, an employment specialist can continue to provide support.
