This initiative supports individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions who struggle to find or keep competitive jobs. It helps participants locate employment opportunities of their choice within the community. Staff members offer both on-site and off-site job coaching to ensure that individuals can master their job responsibilities, feel at ease in their workplace, and build positive relationships with their supervisors and colleagues. Once both the employee and employer agree that the job situation is stable, an employment specialist may continue to provide support.
