Cluster Community Services

The Housing Resource Center serves the residents of Yonkers by providing educational resources for tenants, eviction prevention, homelessness solutions, and improvements in living conditions for both singles and families. With over two decades of experience, we assist households through a variety of services, which include: expert advice to avert evictions, enforcement of housing codes for better living standards, emergency aid for families in crisis, tenant education and training, as well as short-term financial assistance coupled with comprehensive case management for eligible households.
