Wyoming County Mental Health Clinic - Ara - Clarity Wellness Community

Delivers therapeutic and psychiatric services for both adults and children. The offerings encompass mental health assessments, individual therapy, family involvement, psychiatric consultations, medication management, treatment for co-occurring disorders, and services for children and youth aged 4-17, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, attention deficits, and various behavioral challenges. The clinic caters to a wide array of psychiatric diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and adjustment disorders. Counseling is also available at School Satellites located in Letchworth and Perry Central Schools.

Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am or contact the intake worker on duty to schedule an appointment. It is necessary to bring an insurance card and a photo ID to the appointment. A staff member will inquire about the referral reasons and gather basic information. Generally, appointments are scheduled within ten working days, and crisis walk-ins are welcomed during office hours.

Fees: The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and most private insurance plans, including Community Blue, Blue Choice, Value Options, among others. Most mental health insurance policies typically cover 50% of the treatment costs.
