This initiative serves as a centralized entry point for housing-related services, employing an assessment system to evaluate the needs of households. Available services include rent assistance, emergency shelter, deposit assistance, and utility aid. Support is restricted to one instance per calendar year for each household and is contingent upon funding availability, meaning it is not guaranteed. All financial assistance is paid directly to the service providers.

- Date of birth, name, and Social Security Number for all household members, signed Social Security card, third party homeless certification (if applicable), copy of rental agreement and eviction notice (if applicable), proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members age 18 and older
