Provides access to breast or cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of healthcare providers, aiming to lower cancer risks via early detection, risk assessment, education, and facilitating medical treatment.

- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) of any gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services, regardless of gender -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage for their needs.
