This program consists of a 4-day overnight workshop where attendees can delve into various career paths, enhance their job skills, and participate in engaging activities. It features work simulations, mock interviews, and specialized workshops led by local industry professionals. Mentorship is provided to aid in professional development, and employers showcase available job opportunities.
