This housing complex in Astoria features 22 low-income units, comprising 14 two-level bedroom apartments and 8 three-bedroom apartments. Among these, two units are designated as Transitional Housing, which offer lower rent alongside mandatory case management services for a duration of up to one year.

Intake Process: Interested individuals can walk in or call for additional information. Vacancies are allocated first to those on a waiting list based on eligibility criteria.
