The services provided include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, management of illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental evaluations, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health care, standard laboratory tests, ongoing prescription medication management, as well as education and promotion related to health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated behind Marshfield High School, with views of the football field.
Fees: The center accepts OHP, select private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
