The program assists individuals and families in finding essential resources, including food, clothing, diapers, baby items, and furniture. It also facilitates access to health care, mental health and substance use treatment, housing, parenting support, education and job assistance, budgeting, life skills, legal aid, and additional services that enhance family welfare.
Intake Procedure: Individuals, their support persons, or collaborating organizations can submit a Family Support and Connections (FS&C) referral through a local ODHS office. Referrals can also be made by a case manager or family coach.
Fees: There are no fees involved.

- Families eligible for this program must have at least one child under 18, not be enrolled in active Child Welfare services, and be receiving certain public benefits like TANF, SNAP, ERDC, or Medicaid (OHP).
