This site is part of the Oregon Food Bank network and exclusively offers Meals on Wheels to clients in Roseburg who meet specific criteria: they must reside within the designated service area of Roseburg city limits and Winchester, be homebound individuals aged 60 or older, or be a person eligible for a Medicaid/APD voucher that has been approved by a DHS case manager, their spouse, or a disabled dependent of an eligible consumer.
