This initiative serves as a centralized access point for housing-related services, employing an assessment system to evaluate the needs of households. It offers support including rent assistance, emergency shelter, deposit help, and utility aid. Assistance is restricted to one instance per calendar year for each household and is subject to available funding, with no guarantees. All payments are made directly to the service providers.

- Households facing homelessness or at high risk of becoming homeless

- Date of birth, name, and Social Security Number for all household members, signed Social Security card, third party homeless certification (if applicable), copy of rental agreement and eviction notice (if applicable), proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members age 18 and older
