- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals or children aged 0-5, with family income at or below 100% of the federal poverty level (FPL) or those who are categorically eligible. This includes families receiving SNAP, TANF, foster families, and those experiencing homelessness. Additional criteria for eligibility may apply for families facing domestic violence, parental incarceration, substance use issues, or child welfare concerns.
