This program provides a two-year transitional living experience, with residences situated throughout Jackson County. It includes extensive case management, life skills training, assistance with job placement, and information on educational opportunities.

Travel/Location: The facility is located in the RE/MAX building, at the intersection of E Barnett Road and Black Oak Drive. Please use the RE/MAX entrance and access the lower floor via stairs or elevator.
Fees: Supportive services are provided at no cost, while subsidized housing rates are determined based on income.
