This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to mitigate the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, educational resources, and connections to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges apply.
Quién puede usar esto
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) of any gender - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services of any gender - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage for their needs.
