This program provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of providers, aiming to decrease cancer impact via early detection, risk assessment, education, and access to medical care.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call.
Travel/Location: Accessible via LTD bus route 98, located adjacent to Cottage Grove High School.
Fees: No fees are required.

- Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) and those aged 40 or older requiring screening or diagnostic services, must reside or plan to reside in Oregon, have a household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level, and be uninsured or underinsured.
