This program provides breast or cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of providers, aiming to lower cancer risks via early detection, education, and access to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: Served by the LTD bus route: EmX.
Fees: No cost.
Quién puede usar esto
- - Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) regardless of gender - Individuals aged 40 and above requiring breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services, regardless of gender - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
