This initiative supplies new needles while accepting used syringes for safe disposal, functioning on a one-for-one exchange model. It also provides safer injection kits for individuals who do not have used needles to exchange. Additional harm reduction items, including sharps containers, alcohol wipes, cotton, and bandages, are available as funding permits. Overdose prevention kits are also distributed to mitigate risks.
