This program offers comprehensive wraparound services aimed at assisting youth and their families in achieving their personal goals through a structured planning process. Wraparound facilitators conduct monthly team meetings and share details about community resources. Additionally, peer support is available for both youth and their caregivers throughout the wraparound journey.
