Provides thorough mental health evaluations for individuals facing challenges at home, in educational settings, or at work. Additional evaluations may include screenings for substance use, trauma, medical conditions, risk of harm, and diagnostic assessments. After the evaluation, clients may obtain a mental health diagnosis, a service plan outlining treatment objectives, recommendations for care levels, and referrals for wellness services.
