This service provides outpatient care for individuals facing co-occurring substance use and behavioral health challenges, with options for intensive outpatient treatment. It includes assessments for substance use, medication-assisted recovery, education on DUII, as well as alcohol and substance use, relapse prevention, and referrals for mental health services, which may include residential treatment options.
Intake Procedure: Contact for screening; note that the residential program could have a waitlist.
Fees: Costs vary depending on the service provided. The program accepts OHP (InterCommunity Health Network CCO), Medicare, and private insurance, and may offer financial aid and payment plans.
