Acerca de este recurso
This initiative provides in-home support to eligible seniors residing in their homes. The services encompass housekeeping, personal care, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation. Additionally, case management is available to assist older adults in making informed and economical choices regarding their care requirements. The number of service hours per individual can vary based on assessed needs and available local funding, typically ranging from 5 to 20 hours monthly. Situations where Oregon Project Independence might be suitable include when someone needs personal and home care support due to an injury or illness, or when recovery assistance is needed after hospitalization.
Intake Procedure: For more details, call or visit the website; note that some services may have a waitlist.
