This facility provides outpatient services for individuals facing co-occurring substance use and behavioral health challenges, with options for intensive outpatient treatment. It includes assessments for substance use, medication-assisted recovery, DUII education, education on alcohol and substance use, relapse prevention strategies, and referrals for mental health services, which may encompass residential treatment options.
Intake Process: Contact us for a screening. Note that the residential program might have a waiting list.
Costs: Fees depend on the specific service provided. We accept OHP (InterCommunity Health Network CCO), Medicare, and private insurance, and may offer financial aid and payment plans.
