This program offers a 4-6 week course focused on essential skills for maintaining stability as a tenant. Participants collaborate with housing specialists and peers to tackle various topics, including: -Overcoming obstacles to securing rental housing -Understanding tenant responsibilities -Familiarizing oneself with lease agreements -Learning about landlord/tenant regulations -Taking measures to improve credit and create a budget -Receiving referrals to landlords who accept Ready to Rent graduates. Upon completing the course, participants earn a certificate that can be shown to landlords during housing applications.

Travel/Location: The program is situated at the base of St. Alphonsus Medical Center, opposite Lion's Park, and adjacent to the Ontario Chamber of Commerce building.
Fees: Most classes are offered at no cost.

- This program is intended for individuals facing challenges such as poor credit, past evictions, lack of rental history, criminal records, and other barriers to housing, particularly those who are low-income or at risk of homelessness.
