Provides temporary stabilization housing for individuals transitioning to or from inpatient care or those without permanent housing. A housing plan must be established within 30 days, and mentor support is available. The facility is situated in Keizer.
Intake Procedure: A referral is required. Please call for more information.
Fees: There are no fees.
