- Parents and guardians who are legally permitted to work in the US and care for children under 18 with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD), including those eligible for Children’s Intensive In-Home Services (CIIS), medically fragile or medically involved waivers, and those assigned to service groups 5m or 5b on the Oregon Needs Assessment.
