This initiative aids pregnant individuals from the early stages of pregnancy up until their child's second birthday, linking new parents with a specially trained nurse who offers support, guidance, and access to resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental assessments to detect potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and more. Additionally, the program provides breastfeeding assistance, parenting support, and general education on parenting.

- Expectant parents with a household income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level must enroll before the 29th week of pregnancy.
