- -Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) of any gender -Individuals aged 40 and above requiring breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services of any gender -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income must not exceed 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
