This initiative provides mentorship for young individuals who are encountering difficulties in their educational and community environments and are considered to be at low to mid-risk of experiencing community violence. The mentors assist with setting goals, achieving academic success, planning careers, and fostering personal growth. They also help connect youth to local resources and activities.
