Offers routine dental services such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, and urgent care. Oral surgery, periodontics, and orthodontics are not available. Some dentures may be provided if the patient's oral health meets specific conditions.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling the clinic.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 4, 16, 44, and 75.
Fees: Accepts CareOregon Dental, Capitol Dental, and Delta Dental. For uninsured patients, a $25 fee is required at appointment check-in, with the remaining balance due at check-out. Sliding scale fees are available.
