The initiative links youth to treatment programs, counseling services, prevention and recovery resources, as well as peer support via the Recovery Oriented Support and Engagement (ROSE) and Treatment and Harm Reduction Oriented Resource Network (THORN) programs. The teams involved in ROSE and THORN consist of alcohol and drug experts, peer mentors, mental health counselors, and other alternative therapeutic resources. They collaborate directly with young people to involve them in recovery-focused activities, encourage healthy choices, and assess their unique needs.
Intake Process: Reach out via phone, email, or visit the website to fill out an interest form.
Cost: No fees involved.
