This program offers client-focused HIV case management services, ensuring individuals have access to health insurance and various allied health and support services that help them stay engaged with their ongoing health and medical care. It also connects clients to resources from the Ryan White program.
Intake Procedure: Call to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 9, 12, 35, and 40.
Fees: No charges apply.
