- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) of any gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screenings or diagnostic services of any gender -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must not exceed 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage for their needs
