This program provides financial support for electric bills to customers of Pacific Power. Interested applicants must complete an online interest form to be evaluated and placed on a waitlist. Funding is limited, and assistance is granted to qualifying households as long as funds are available. This aid is exclusively for OEAP (Oregon Energy Assistance Program) funding; households with only LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program) funding will not receive assistance from SEI.

Intake Procedure: To apply for assistance, individuals should fill out the secure online interest form, which requires them to: -Provide basic household and contact details. -Input their Pacific Power account number. -Upload necessary eligibility documents for all household members. Once the form is submitted, the Energy Assistance team reviews the provided information. If further documentation is required, the team will reach out to the applicant. Eligible households will receive aid as funding permits.
