Assistance for utility payments covers water, electricity, natural gas, oil, propane, wood, pellets, and other heating fuels. Payments go straight to the service providers, and individuals can receive help only once during a 12-month period.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling or check the website for the application process.
Travel/Location: Access is through the front lobby doors located on SE Byers Avenue, on the south side of the building.
Fees: There are no fees involved.

- For LIHEAP, applicants must have an income at or below 60% of the State Median and either have a shut-off notice or have already been disconnected.
