This initiative acts as a centralized entry point for accessing housing-related services, employing an assessment system to evaluate the needs of households. Available services encompass rent assistance, emergency shelter, deposit help, and utility support. Assistance is restricted to once per calendar year for each household and is contingent on funding availability, making it not guaranteed. All disbursements are made directly to creditors.

- Date of birth, name, and Social Security Number for all household members, signed Social Security card, third party homeless certification (if applicable), copy of rental agreement and eviction notice (if applicable), proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members age 18 and older
