This initiative enables families to create and acquire their own homes. The homes are constructed with the help of volunteers and materials that are donated, then sold at no profit to the families who will live in them.

- Families living in inadequate housing or those in need of safe and affordable options must meet specific criteria: adhere to income limits, commit to 350 hours of volunteer work in construction, be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, have not owned a home in the last three years, and possess the ability to make mortgage payments (with stable income and good credit history). They must also pass credit checks and background checks and reside in the service area.
