This program offers a food voucher, referred to as a food prescription, which can be used to purchase fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables at selected stores and farmers markets. It is important to note that frozen products should not have added flavors like sugar, salt, butter, or cheese sauce.
Intake Process: A referral is necessary. Please check the website for a list of referral prescribers, as well as participating stores and farmers markets.
Cost: There are no fees involved.
