- Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) and those aged 40 or older requiring screening or diagnostic services, must reside or plan to reside in Oregon, have a household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level, and either be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
