This service provides private mediation, facilitation, and education on conflict resolution. It covers disputes such as neighbor issues (including noise, property boundaries, and parking), disagreements between consumers and businesses, and family matters (like parent-teen interactions and elder care mediation), as well as landlord-tenant conflicts prior to court involvement (note that assistance cannot be provided for ongoing eviction processes). Family law mediation is not available.

Location: Situated at the Hatfield Government Center MAX stop and along TriMet bus line 57.
Cost: There are no fees.
