This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. Its goal is to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.

- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as determined by a clinician) regardless of gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer regardless of gender -Must reside in or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage for their needs
