This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessments, education, and connecting individuals to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges.
Quién puede usar esto
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or possess insurance that does not adequately cover their needs. Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
