The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for various illnesses and injuries, vision and blood pressure screenings, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, and education and promotion regarding health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call.
Fees: The facility accepts OHP and select private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available. No student will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
