Burns Apartments provides one-bedroom units for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities at a cost of 30% of their adjusted gross income. The facility is a six-story structure with a total of 99 apartments, including 20 that are specially designed for accessibility. Residents are permitted to have small dogs or cats. Amenities include a shopping bus service, a community room, organized activities, a garden with a gazebo, milk delivery, meals on wheels, and regular newspaper delivery.
