This initiative provides financial support for individuals who are currently receiving treatment for breast cancer or are living with metastatic breast cancer. The funds can be allocated towards treatment-related costs, including housing, utilities, transportation, childcare and elder care, food, medications for managing side effects, oral treatment drugs, durable medical equipment, lymphedema care supplies, palliative care, and home health services.

Fees: There are no fees associated.

- To qualify, applicants must be undergoing treatment for breast cancer diagnosed within the last 24 months or be living with metastatic breast cancer, have a household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and not have received funding from this program in the past year.
