This initiative delivers home modification services aimed at assisting homeowners who face physical and financial challenges, enabling them to live independently in their residences. Services include the installation of wheelchair ramps, minor bathroom adjustments, showers, grab bars, and the widening of doorways and other areas. Ramps can also be constructed for mobile or manufactured homes.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for details and to request an application packet. Alternatively, the application packet can be downloaded from the website, which also provides additional information. An assessment will be arranged once the completed application is submitted.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.

- -Homeowners must have an income below 80% of the Median Family Income and experience limited mobility. Assets, excluding home and car, should not exceed $20,000. -Services do not cover home repairs, rental properties, or interior modifications for mobile homes, trailers, modular homes, apartments, or condominiums.
