This service provides legal guidance on immigration and veterans affairs, addressing topics such as deportation, asylum, green cards, work permits, DACA, children's immigration cases, employment-based immigration, citizenship, and other immigration-related issues, along with VA benefits, discharge upgrades, VA debts and overpayments, and military record corrections. Additionally, it offers insights into further legal resources. However, it does not assist with divorce, child custody or support, housing, creditor and debt matters, probate or estate issues, state-law inquiries, or criminal law. Lawyers are unable to contact participants, represent them in court, or handle paperwork. Each participant can ask up to three legal questions annually, but not all inquiries are guaranteed a response. Assistance is not assured.
Intake Procedure: Users should visit the website, and all communication occurs via email.
Fees: There are no charges for the first three legal questions per year; costs for extra services may vary.

- To be eligible, applicants must be low-income, at least 18 years old and not incarcerated, without a current lawyer, and residing in the U.S.
