This initiative enhances well-being and reduces feelings of isolation for individuals affected by chronic illnesses by providing support and educational resources, including free support groups available both in-person and online in the greater Seattle area.
Intake Procedure: For more details, you can call, email, or check the website. Email is preferred due to a limited staff.
Fees: There are no charges.
