CenturyLink customers can receive a waiver for directory assistance and operator handling fees if they have been certified by a healthcare professional as having a motion or vision disability.
Application Process: Call to request an Application for Exemption from Directory Assistance Charges. This application must be signed by the caller's healthcare provider or another certifying authority and submitted. The form is also available for download on the website.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this application.
