This program delivers virtual counseling for substance use disorders, featuring individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Participants receive extensive support, which includes discharge planning, family support groups, and alumni events. Additionally, the program offers specialized information and referrals related to substance use disorder resources.

Fees: The program accepts Medicaid Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) such as CareOregon (HealthShare and Columbia Pacific), PacificSource Community Solutions, Samaritan Health Plans (InterCommunity Health Network), Trillium Community Health Plan (Centene, Oregon), Umpqua Health Alliance, Yamhill Community Care Organization, and most major insurance providers. There are also limited scholarships and hardship waivers available.
